Every year, it reminds us of the problem of congenital heart disease and the possibilities of solving it, attracting the attention of Ukrainians and the country’s mainstream media. When developing digital products, we use a ‘customer development’ methodology, including stages like Customer Discovery, Customer Validation, Customer Creation, and Company Building, where we detail the entire customer journey. For instance, in developing a "Field Management" solution, an electronic inspection tool for preventing equipment and network damage, our designers and product managers ventured into underground mines and rooms with temperatures exceeding 50°C.
