Все це спрямовано на розвантаження дітей після стресу, пов'язаного із #війною та заспокоєння. Наш проєкт покликаний #стабілізувати маленьких українців та повернути в їхнє життя радість, розваги, ігри та іграшки”. Мобільний ігровий простір реалізовуємо на Львівщині, Івано-Франківщині та Закарпатті у співпраці з міжнародними партнерами. Зокрема, за підтримки Malteser International, Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V. 🌈❤️🩹 The mobile play space project of Malteser Ukraine helps children regain their childhood lost to war. "We conduct three types of activities with children," says project manager Olha Zavidovska, "various quests, games with props, and workshops. All of this is aimed at relieving children of the stress associated with the war and calming them down. Our project aims to stabilise little Ukrainians and bring joy, entertainment, games and toys back into their lives." The mobile play space is being implemented in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions in cooperation with international partners. In particular, with the support of Malteser International, Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V.

UA/ENG  Шістнадцять років поспіль у Великий Четвер ми проводимо благодійну акцію “Великодній кошик” для того, щоб самотні старенькі, які не мають змоги скласти кошик самотужки, змогли розділити пасхальну радість й не почувалися покинутими. Цьогоріч Мальтійська служба підготувала 300 святкових наборів для потребуючих. Освятили їх у Храмі Пресвятої Богородиці Володарки України.  «Щороку на Великдень ми допомагаємо сотням людей, які з різних причин не можуть цього зробити. Це начебто звичайна річ, але коли до нас приходять люди по великодній кошик, вони здебільшого плачуть, бо для них давно ніхто не робив таких речей. Ця благодійна акція для них як великоднє диво, – розповідає Вікторія Лука, менеджерка проєкту “Благодійна кухня”. Ділімося світлом й теплом з тими, хто чекає цього найбільше! Старенькі люди - особливо вразливі. Наша допомога творить справжні дива. Дарує цим людям віру й огортає їх теплом.  For sixteen years in a row, on Maundy Thursday, we have been organising the Easter Basket charity event so that lonely elderly people who are unable to assemble a basket on their own can share the joy of Easter and not feel abandoned. This year, the Malteser Ukraine prepared 300 holiday baskets for the needy and blessed them.  "Every year at Easter, we help hundreds of people who, for various reasons, cannot do so. It would seem to be a common thing, but when people come to us for an Easter basket, they mostly cry because no one has done such things for them for a long time. This charity event is like an Easter miracle for them," says Victoria Luka, head of the "Charity Kitchen" project. "Let's share light and warmth with those who are waiting for it the most! The elderly are especially vulnerable. Our help works real miracles. It gives them faith and envelops them in warmth.

UA/ENG Тривають майстеркласи з #писанкарства від Мальтійської служби допомоги! Протягом останніх двох тижнів наші майстрині й психологи провели низку заходів з розпису #великодніх яєць у прихистках, #реабілітаційних центрах й бібліотеках Львівщини. Мами з дітками,  школярі й дорослі  - усі однаково майстерно, затамувавши подих, виводили свої лінії і символи. “І цьому є пояснення, - кажуть #фахівці Центру психологічного супроводу Мальтійської служби, - коли ми зосереджуємося на створенні писанок, ми фокусуємо увагу на красі, гармонії та символіці, перебуваємо “в моменті”. Це допомагає відволіктися від негативних думок та зосередитися на позитиві.” Пишімо писанки, бо, окрім того, що це традиційно українське заняття, цей чарівний процес є чудовим засобом зниження психоемоційного напруження й доброї соціальної взаємодії! Easter egg painting workshops by the Malteser Ukraine continue! Over the past two weeks, our #craftswomen and #psychologists have held a series of #Easter egg painting events in shelters, rehabilitation centres and libraries in Lviv region. Mothers with children, schoolchildren and adults all drew their lines and symbols with equal skill, holding their breath. "And there is an explanation for this," say the psychologists of the Malteser Ukraine, "when we focus on creating Easter eggs, we focus on beauty, harmony and symbolism, we are "in the moment". It helps to distract from negative thoughts and focus on the positive." We paint Easter eggs because, in addition to being a traditional Ukrainian activity, this magical process is a great way to relieve psycho-emotional stress and establish good social interaction!

UA/ENG 🧣 Наша “Благодійна кухня" - не просто проєкт. Тут про своїх підопічних дідусів й бабусь знають все - їх життєві історії, діагнози й рецепти улюблених страв. Ще з 1990 ми піклуємось про людей #похилого віку, які через хвороби, втрату близьких, мізерні пенсії опинились у #складних ситуаціях. Наші #старенькі отримують не лише їжу. Ми у Мальтійській службі даємо цим людям відчуття спільноти, яка завжди поруч, готова #допомогти та підтримати! Our "Charity Kitchen" is not just a project. Here, we know everything about our elderly clients - their life stories, diagnoses and recipes for their favourite dishes. Since 1990, we have been taking care of the elderly who have found themselves in difficult situations due to illness, loss of loved ones, and meagre pensions. 🙌Our elderly people receive more than just food. At Malteser Ukraine, we give these people a sense of community that is always there for them, ready to help and support them!

UA/ENG З моніторинговим візитом в Україні перебуває Rebekka Goeke, програмна менеджерка з питань надзвичайних ситуацій Malteser International. У рамках зустрічей з партнерськими організаціями гостя поспілкувалась з командою Мальтійської служби допомоги. Розмовляли про діяльність Мальтійської служби, зокрема допомогу потерпілим від війни українцям, й співпрацю. Також обговорили нові пропозиції допомоги в Україні. Rebekka Goeke, Programme Manager Emergency Relief at Malteser International, is on a monitoring visit to #Ukraine. As part of her meetings with #partner organisations, the guest talked to the team of the Malteser Ukraine. They talked about the activities of the Malteser Ukraine, including assistance to war-affected #Ukrainians, and cooperation. They also discussed new offers of #assistance in Ukraine.

UA/ENG Команда Mальтійської служби допомоги висадила понад 2 000 дубів та ялин!  Нещодавно у Комарнівському лісництві, що на Львівщині, разом з лісівниками ми висадили молоді деревця. Ми віримо, що всі дубки та ялинки добре приживуться в лісі, адже всі працювали відповідально та з ентузіазмом.  💚Щодня ми піклуємося про людей, які потребують допомоги. На жаль, від війни страждають і ліси. Тому кожне посаджене нами дерево - це наш внесок у завтрашній день! 🙌Дякуємо лісівникам за майстер-клас з правильної посадки молодих дерев, гостинність і за те, що ліси люблять і бережуть! The team of Malteser Ukraine has planted more than 2,000 oaks and spruces!  Recently, in Komarniv forestry in Lviv region, together with foresters, we planted young trees. We believe that all the oaks and spruce trees will take root well in the forest, because everyone worked responsibly and with enthusiasm.  💚Every day we care about people who need help. Unfortunately, forests are also affected by the war. Therefore, every tree we plant is our contribution to tomorrow! 🙌Thank you to the foresters for the masterclass on the proper planting of young trees, hospitality and the fact that forests love and cherish!

UA/ENG Продовжуємо #допомагати мешканцям у #прифронтових регіонах - Херсонщині, Миколаївщині, Дніпропетровщині, Харківщині, Донеччині. Перш за все, йдеться про найнеобхідніше - харчові набори для людей, які #потерпають від щоденних ворожих #обстрілів й руйнувань. У цих наборах вже традиційно - крупи, борошно, цукор, олія, консерви, кава, чай, солодощі й інші продукти тривалого зберігання. На фото - процес роздачі продуктових наборів у м. Южноукраїнськ. Зазначимо, що проєктом передбачено розподіл 11 550 продуктових наборів, реалізовує його Мальтійська служба допомоги Івано-Франківська за підтримки Malteser International. We continue to #help people in the #frontline regions of Kherson, Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. First of all, we are talking about the most necessary things - food parcels for people who suffer from daily enemy #shelling and #destruction. Traditionally, these sets include cereals, flour, sugar, oil, canned food, coffee, tea, sweets and other long-life products.   The photo shows the distribution of food parcels in Yuzhnoukrainsk. The project involves the distribution of 11,550 food parcels and is being implemented with the support of Malteser International.

UA/ENG Гострі #стресові реакції, як наслідок травмуючих подій, - на жаль, не рідкість у щоденних реаліях #війни для українців. Тому ймовірність того, що кожен з нас може опинитися поруч з людиною, яка потребує #психологічної допомоги, надзвичайно висока. Перша психологічна #допомога - це чітка послідовність дій, покликаних допомогти людям, які переживають гострі стресові стани, такі як ступор, рухове збудження, істерія, паніка, психотичні реакції тощо. Її особлива цінність полягає у швидкості, правильності та невідкладності надання. Оволодіти навичками першої допомоги не складно. Для цього не потрібно бути психологом чи психотерапевтом. Фахівці Центру психологічної підтримки #Мальтійської служби регулярно проводять такі тренінги. На цих тренінгах можна опанувати практичні навички, які допоможуть не розгубитися в кризових ситуаціях, а правильно й чітко надати психологічну допомогу людям, які її потребують. Зміцнюйте свою психологічну стійкість і будьте готові прийти на допомогу в потрібний момент! Acute #stress reactions as a result of #traumatic events are, unfortunately, not uncommon in the daily realities of war for #Ukrainians.  Therefore, the likelihood that each of us may find ourselves next to a person in need of #psychological assistance is extremely high. First aid is a clear sequence of actions designed to help people experiencing acute stressful conditions, such as stupor, motor agitation, hysteria, panic, psychotic reactions, and so on. Its special value lies in the speed, correctness and urgency of its provision. It is not difficult to master the skills of first aid. You do not need to be a psychologist or psychotherapist to do this. The specialists of the #Malteser Service's Psychological Support Centre regularly conduct such trainings. At these trainings, you can learn practical skills that will help you not to get confused in crisis situations, but to provide psychological assistance to people who need it correctly and accurately.
