UA/ENG Допомагаємо на Харківщині ❤️🩹 У деокупованих селищах Дворічанської громади від ворожих військ мешканців відділяє лише річка. Допомога тут потрібна постійно. Але через близькість до лінії зіткнення волонтерам часто складно дістатися до цих районів. 📦Набори гігієни, у яких засоби догляду за собою та побутова хімія, від Мальтійської служби нещодавно доставили наші партнери БФ "Харків з тобою". “Люди у цій громаді - наче одна велика родина, об’єднана спільним горем”, - розповідає Ірина Рофе-Бекетова, менеджерка проєктів "Харків з тобою", - сусіди підтримують один одного як можуть, приносять допомогу й діляться з тими, хто через стан здоров’я не може прийти сам. Це справжній приклад згуртованості й людяності”. ❤️🩹З осені 2022 року Мальтійська служба допомагає тутешнім мешканцям генераторами, продуктовими, гігієнічними й зимовими наборами. Цей проєкт допомоги мешканцям прифронтових регіонів Мальтійська служба реалізовує у співпраці з Malteser International, Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany, Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V. Helping in Kharkiv region ❤️🩹 In the de-occupied villages of the Dvorichanska community, only a river separates the residents from the enemy troops. Help is needed here all the time. However, due to the proximity to the contact line, it is often difficult for volunteers to reach these areas. 📦Hygiene kits containing personal care products and household chemicals from the Maltese Service were recently delivered by our partners, the "Kharkiv With You" charity foundation. ‘People in this community are like one big family, united by a common grief,’ says Iryna Rofe-Beketova, project manager of "Kharkiv with You", ‘neighbours support each other as much as they can, bring help and share with those who cannot come themselves due to health reasons. This is a true example of cohesion and humanity.’ In the autumn of 2022, the Malteser Ukraine is helping local residents with generators, food, hygiene and winter kits. Malteser Ukraine is implementing this project in cooperation with Malteser International, Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany and Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V..

UA/ENG 🚙 У прифронтових областях тривають роздачі гігієнічних наборів Мальтійської служби допомоги. В умовах щоденного #виживання, турбота про себе й забезпечення базових потреб стає справжнім викликом. Саме тому 55 920 наборів із речами першої необхідності ми плануємо роздати у співпраці з локальними партнерами на #Харківщині, #Херсонщині й #Запоріжжі. Засоби особистої гігієни, побутова хімія, дитячі та дорослі підгузки, пелюшки й багато іншого, – усі набори поділяються на сімейні, дитячі, для людей з інвалідністю й маломобільних. Цей проєкт Мальтійська служба реалізовує у співпраці з Malteser International за фінансової підтримки Міністерства закордонних справ Німеччини Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany та Акції “Німеччина допомагає” Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V. Malteser Ukraine continues to distribute hygiene kits in the frontline areas. ❤️🩹В conditions of daily survival, taking care of yourself and meeting your basic needs becomes a real challenge. That is why we are going to distribute 55,920 sets of basic necessities in cooperation with local partners in Kharkiv, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. Personal hygiene products, household chemicals, baby and adult diapers, nappies and much more - all the sets are divided into family, children's, for people with disabilities and low mobility. The Malteser Ukraine is implementing this project in cooperation with Malteser International with the financial support of the German Foreign Office Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany and the ‘Germany Helps’ Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V..

Цю автівку #волонтери зможуть використовувати для виїздів по регіону, супроводу активностей і майстеркласів з #дітьми.  ❤️🩹“Мікроавтобус допоможе нашій команді бути #мобільнішими й надавати #психоемоційну підтримку ще більшій кількості діток Харківщини, - розповідає Ірина Рофе-Бекетова, менеджерка проєктів БФ "Харків з тобою", - Цьогоріч ми відновили наші заняття з дітками у селищі Гроза, трагедія в якому сколихнула усіх восени 2023.  Ігри, квести, різноманітні активності з дітьми на Харківщині, відбуваються у рамках Мобільної школи життєстійкості БФ "Харків з тобою" і спрямовані на покращення емоційного стану дітей, що потерпають від війни і її наслідків". The Malteser Ukraine has #donated a minibus to our partners in Kharkiv. Volunteers will be able to use the vehicle to travel around the region, accompany activities and workshops with #children.  ❤️🩹"The minibus will help our team to be more mobile and provide psycho-emotional support to even more children in Kharkiv region," says Iryna Rofe-Beketova, project manager of the Kharkiv with You charity fund. "This year we have resumed our classes with children in the village of #Groza, where the #tragedy shook everyone in the autumn of 2023.  Games, quests, and various activities with #children in the Kharkiv region are part of the Mobile School of Resilience of the Kharkiv with You Foundation and are aimed at improving the emotional state of children affected by the war and its consequences."

Все це спрямовано на розвантаження дітей після стресу, пов'язаного із #війною та заспокоєння. Наш проєкт покликаний #стабілізувати маленьких українців та повернути в їхнє життя радість, розваги, ігри та іграшки”. Мобільний ігровий простір реалізовуємо на Львівщині, Івано-Франківщині та Закарпатті у співпраці з міжнародними партнерами. Зокрема, за підтримки Malteser International, Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V. 🌈❤️🩹 The mobile play space project of Malteser Ukraine helps children regain their childhood lost to war. "We conduct three types of activities with children," says project manager Olha Zavidovska, "various quests, games with props, and workshops. All of this is aimed at relieving children of the stress associated with the war and calming them down. Our project aims to stabilise little Ukrainians and bring joy, entertainment, games and toys back into their lives." The mobile play space is being implemented in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions in cooperation with international partners. In particular, with the support of Malteser International, Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V.

UA/ENG  Шістнадцять років поспіль у Великий Четвер ми проводимо благодійну акцію “Великодній кошик” для того, щоб самотні старенькі, які не мають змоги скласти кошик самотужки, змогли розділити пасхальну радість й не почувалися покинутими. Цьогоріч Мальтійська служба підготувала 300 святкових наборів для потребуючих. Освятили їх у Храмі Пресвятої Богородиці Володарки України.  «Щороку на Великдень ми допомагаємо сотням людей, які з різних причин не можуть цього зробити. Це начебто звичайна річ, але коли до нас приходять люди по великодній кошик, вони здебільшого плачуть, бо для них давно ніхто не робив таких речей. Ця благодійна акція для них як великоднє диво, – розповідає Вікторія Лука, менеджерка проєкту “Благодійна кухня”. Ділімося світлом й теплом з тими, хто чекає цього найбільше! Старенькі люди - особливо вразливі. Наша допомога творить справжні дива. Дарує цим людям віру й огортає їх теплом.  For sixteen years in a row, on Maundy Thursday, we have been organising the Easter Basket charity event so that lonely elderly people who are unable to assemble a basket on their own can share the joy of Easter and not feel abandoned. This year, the Malteser Ukraine prepared 300 holiday baskets for the needy and blessed them.  "Every year at Easter, we help hundreds of people who, for various reasons, cannot do so. It would seem to be a common thing, but when people come to us for an Easter basket, they mostly cry because no one has done such things for them for a long time. This charity event is like an Easter miracle for them," says Victoria Luka, head of the "Charity Kitchen" project. "Let's share light and warmth with those who are waiting for it the most! The elderly are especially vulnerable. Our help works real miracles. It gives them faith and envelops them in warmth.

UA/ENG Тривають майстеркласи з #писанкарства від Мальтійської служби допомоги! Протягом останніх двох тижнів наші майстрині й психологи провели низку заходів з розпису #великодніх яєць у прихистках, #реабілітаційних центрах й бібліотеках Львівщини. Мами з дітками,  школярі й дорослі  - усі однаково майстерно, затамувавши подих, виводили свої лінії і символи. “І цьому є пояснення, - кажуть #фахівці Центру психологічного супроводу Мальтійської служби, - коли ми зосереджуємося на створенні писанок, ми фокусуємо увагу на красі, гармонії та символіці, перебуваємо “в моменті”. Це допомагає відволіктися від негативних думок та зосередитися на позитиві.” Пишімо писанки, бо, окрім того, що це традиційно українське заняття, цей чарівний процес є чудовим засобом зниження психоемоційного напруження й доброї соціальної взаємодії! Easter egg painting workshops by the Malteser Ukraine continue! Over the past two weeks, our #craftswomen and #psychologists have held a series of #Easter egg painting events in shelters, rehabilitation centres and libraries in Lviv region. Mothers with children, schoolchildren and adults all drew their lines and symbols with equal skill, holding their breath. "And there is an explanation for this," say the psychologists of the Malteser Ukraine, "when we focus on creating Easter eggs, we focus on beauty, harmony and symbolism, we are "in the moment". It helps to distract from negative thoughts and focus on the positive." We paint Easter eggs because, in addition to being a traditional Ukrainian activity, this magical process is a great way to relieve psycho-emotional stress and establish good social interaction!

UA/ENG 🧣 Наша “Благодійна кухня" - не просто проєкт. Тут про своїх підопічних дідусів й бабусь знають все - їх життєві історії, діагнози й рецепти улюблених страв. Ще з 1990 ми піклуємось про людей #похилого віку, які через хвороби, втрату близьких, мізерні пенсії опинились у #складних ситуаціях. Наші #старенькі отримують не лише їжу. Ми у Мальтійській службі даємо цим людям відчуття спільноти, яка завжди поруч, готова #допомогти та підтримати! Our "Charity Kitchen" is not just a project. Here, we know everything about our elderly clients - their life stories, diagnoses and recipes for their favourite dishes. Since 1990, we have been taking care of the elderly who have found themselves in difficult situations due to illness, loss of loved ones, and meagre pensions. 🙌Our elderly people receive more than just food. At Malteser Ukraine, we give these people a sense of community that is always there for them, ready to help and support them!
