We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, team-oriented, honest, and intelligent person to join our H&D team. This position executes responsibilities in the full cycle of the recruitment process: sourcing, screening candidates for various positions technical and non-technical, interviewing, tracking/organizing data, and general Human Resources duties.
Your day-to-day activities include:
- Conducting research, using different sources and strategies to gather data
- Assisting the recruitment team with sourcing talents and building a candidate pipeline for one or more job requisitions
- Analyzing and interpreting data
- Contributing to standardization and procedural workflow in our team within your competence area
- Helping in building a positive workplace climate
Requirements
- English: Upper-intermediate
- Intelligence: ability to learn or understand or to deal with new tasks, ability to think abstractly and globally
- Autonomy: the ability to work with minimal supervision, self-management and self-education
