An international company providing transportation and logistics services in the USA is inviting a Dispatcher to join its team.
Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders
Negotiating agreements with drivers over the phone
Creating and tracking loads in the system
Team collaboration
Requirements:
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Analytical thinking and flexibility in decision-making
Excellent time-management skills
Responsibility for personal results and a desire for continuous improvement
High motivation for personal and professional growth
Schedule:
3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
