    About the opportunity

This current opportunity is at international company, you need to be comfortable to work in international environment.

The work requires a great deal of independence as management, some senior employees are not based in Ukraine. There will be training and daily briefings during first months of cooperation.

You'd focus on UAE market and possibly Gulf in general. 

There will be 2-3 month of probation period (depending on your background)

Duties

  • Contact leads through calls, emails, and messaging to introduce our solutions.
  • Meet daily/weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client interactions.
  • Achieve quarterly targets and ensure quarter over quarter growth.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system promptly with relevant data.
  • Educate clients on our solutions, capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the above responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or 3 years in account management (B2B).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (professional)
  • Residency is not essential as long as you can work during UAE time zone (GMT +4)
  • Social, outgoing, and adept at forming quick connections with new acquaintances.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Sales background in tourism, events, legal, or professional services is beneficial.
  • Track record of meeting individual and/or team sales quotas/goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of digital marketing is advantageous.
  • Experience or knowledge in the translation industry is highly beneficial.
