What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in retention marketing or CRM roles.
• Deep understanding of customer retention strategies and direct communication tools (SMS, email, push notifications).
• Proven track record of increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
• Experience in the fintech or microfinance sector is a plus.
• English at level B1-B2.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute direct communications strategies (SMS, Email, Push notifications) to enhance customer retention.
• Develop and implement programs to drive engagement and reduce churn.
• Analyze and optimize retention metrics, including customer lifetime value and engagement rates.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to create seamless customer experiences.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Manage promotional campaigns and content across multiple channels.
• Prepare regular reports on customer retention performance and key insights
