Digital PR & SEO Outreach Specialist (AI-driven)
We are a product design and AI studio working with enterprise clients and Series A/B startups across the US and Europe.
We’re looking for a Digital PR & SEO Outreach Specialist to support SEO and PR work through thoughtful placements and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and run outreach campaigns for high-intent placements (listicles, rankings, niche and industry media in AI, SaaS, Design, B2B).
- Build and maintain outreach lists using automation and AI-assisted research and personalization.
- Secure editorial placements through value-driven pitching, partnerships, and, when appropriate, exchange-based approaches (e.g., ABC link exchanges).
- Work with the Marketing Team on research ideas and content briefs to support outreach and placements.
- Evaluate placement quality based on context, intent, relevance, and lead potential (not DR alone).
- Track results and communicate how placements impact visibility, traffic, and qualified leads.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Link Building, Outreach, or Digital PR, preferably on US and/or European markets.
- Solid understanding of PR-driven outreach and how to position expertise for editors.
- Practical experience with listicles, rankings, and niche media placements.
- Confident use of AI tools (GPT, Claude, or similar) to accelerate research, personalization, and outreach.
- Experience with outreach and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Snov.io, Instantly).
- Ability to write strong outreach messages and pitches in English (B2 or higher).
- Executor + strategist mindset: you can execute hands-on and make informed decisions about priorities.
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B services, SaaS, AI, or Design niches.
- Existing media or partner relationships.
- Familiarity with basic growth-engineering concepts (data-driven prospecting, workflow automation).
