We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to support invoicing, management accounting, financial documentation, and reporting processes across multiple entities.
This role works closely with the Head of Finance and focuses on supporting daily finance operations, maintaining structured financial data, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial processes and internal reporting.
The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling financial data, and the ability to work within clearly defined processes while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and reliability.
Your area of responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and verification of invoicing data and billing documentation;
- Support client invoicing processes and maintain invoice tracking records;
- Maintain and update management accounting data and internal financial tracking files;
- Collect, verify, and organize financial documentation across company entities;
- Assist in preparing materials related to tax reporting and compliance processes (including CFC-related documentation);
- Collect and structure operational data (clients, staff, metrics) used for internal management reporting;
- Support the preparation of financial summaries and reports for management review;
- Coordinate and follow up with external accountants and service providers;
- Maintain structured financial documentation and tracking files;
- Support the Head of Finance in maintaining financial processes and internal controls.
Skills and requirements
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting support, or finance operations roles;
- Understanding of accounting principles and basic treasury operations;
- Experience supporting invoicing processes and financial documentation;
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets/Docs, including experience working with structured datasets;
- Ability to organize, structure, and maintain financial data and documentation;
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistency in work;
- Comfortable working within structured processes and defined instructions;
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly;
- Experience in international or multi-entity environments will be considered an advantage;
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
