Strategic Buying Support Specialist (Shared services center)

KOSTAL Ukraine is stable growing company with more than 15 years history on Ukrainian market. Today KOSTAL Ukraine is a direct supplier of automotive components for different famous manufactures like a Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat, Ford, Tesla, Daimler, BMW, Renault and others.
For further development we are looking experienced candidates to fill the position of Strategic Buying Support Specialist (Shared services center).
Roles and responsibilities:
- Master data management (material master data maintenance, output maintenance).
- Purchase Order/Info record/Scheduled Agreement creation and maintenance.
- Sales Order creation/Cock pit processing.
- Price/Payment terms maintenance.
- Tool ordering / tool change ordering; incl. TAD maintenance).
- Fast PCB, etc.
- Maintain on Service desk requests (tickets) from internal and external clients (PCN, PTN, information notification (IN), creation of TVN inquires).
- Other activities related to Purchasing Operations Support Team scope: ad-hoc reports, mass communication to suppliers, certificate management in SAP, documents upload etc.
Candidate requirements:
- 2+ years related experience in operational / transactional purchasing. Multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred.
- Higher education;
- Ukrainian, upper Intermediate level of English (B2) or higher (written and spoken);
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and experience in working with different ІТ/CRM systems;
- Experience with SAP (required);
- Result-oriented, responsible and attentive to details, team-player;
- Open for new knowledge, quick-learner;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
