Lonvest is an international fintech and investment platform operating in the alternative lending industry. The company works with lending businesses across multiple countries and provides investors with access to consumer loan investments through a transparent digital platform.
We are looking for a reliable local employee in Croatia to support the company with administrative and operational matters requiring local presence.
This is a flexible role with a relatively light workload, focused mainly on local coordination and occasional administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with communication and coordination with local banks, notaries, accountants, lawyers, and service providers
- Occasionally visit banks or institutions on behalf of the company when required
- Support administrative procedures and document handling
- Help with collection, signing, and submission of documents
- Receive and forward official correspondence if needed
- Support the management team with operational matters in Croatia
- Act as a local point of contact for occasional administrative requests
Requirements
- Based in Croatia
- Croatian and English at least B1
- Responsible, organized, and responsive
- Comfortable communicating with local institutions and partners
- Previous administrative or operational experience is a plus
Employment Conditions
- Official employment under a Croatian labor contract
- Flexible workload and working schedule
- Mostly remote work with occasional in-person tasks
- Long-term cooperation preferred
