We’re an ambitious IT company on the lookout for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team and help us grow our client base through strategic prospecting and communication.

Main responsibilities:
Research and generate qualified leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, UpWork, etc.)
Initiate communication and negotiations with potential clients
Qualify prospects and pass them to the sales team
Schedule meetings to discuss cooperation
Respond to client inquiries and support initial contact
Requirements:
English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher (written and spoken)
Understanding of outreach and cold lead generation
Strong internet research skills
Ability to manage large amounts of information
Proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership
Would be a plus:
Previous experience as a Lead Generator or Researcher
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, UpWork, or CRM platforms
