Intern — Intellectual Property & Technologies | Kyiv Office (hybrid work format)

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Intern to join our Intellectual Property & Technologies Practice in the Kyiv office. This position offers a unique opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in intellectual property, data protection, and technology law while working alongside experienced lawyers on local and cross-border projects.

The successful candidate will assist in research, drafting, and case preparation, gaining exposure to a wide range of IP matters, including copyright, trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and personal data protection.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research on intellectual property, IT, and data protection topics.
• Assisting in preparing documents related to copyright, trademarks, and patents.
• Drafting and reviewing simple contracts and internal memoranda under supervision.
• Supporting the preparation of filings and correspondence with registration authorities.
• Assisting with drafting data protection policies, notices, and consents.
• Providing administrative and document management support to the IP team.
• Participating in internal knowledge-sharing and training sessions.

Key skills and experience required:

• 4rd-6th year Law student or recent graduate from a reputable Ukrainian university.
• Strong interest in intellectual property, data protection, and technology law.
• Basic knowledge of IP law and the Ukrainian regulatory framework.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
