Operations Specialist (Poland)

Now we are looking for an Operational Specialist to join the Business Development Department in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and/or technical support for contract administration, customer service, and maintaining order history.
• Assists the Business Development Manager in driving sales growth.
• Registers and forwards contracts for the Business Development Manager, prepares presentations, and works in 1C and the Jira task manager.
• Manages the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments.
• Supports the Business Development Manager in developing new and expanding existing customer relationships as needed.
• Responds to customer inquiries.
• Builds strong customer relationships while maintaining high-quality customer service.
• Develops a high level of knowledge of all customer-facing systems in use.

Requirements:

• Secondary specialized or higher education (preferred fields: economics, logistics, administration).
• Very good command of Ukrainian and Polish.
• English at a communicative level will be a plus.
• Soft skills: attention to numbers and order, responsibility, stress resilience, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, drive for results, and understanding the importance of delivering top-level customer service.
• Hard skills: experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Comarch ERP will be a plus), confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Previous experience working with customers and handling documentation.
