Our partner is a modern company specializing in interior doors and interior solutions. For over 15 years, they have been setting standards on the market by combining quality, style, and exceptional service.
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Warsaw — someone who is ambitious, eager to grow, and wants to become an expert in premium interior products.
Your key responsibilities:
sell interior doors and related company solutions;
work with the existing client base and maintain warm, long-term relationships;
consult clients on models, technical specifications, configurations, and pricing;
process orders and transfer technical details to the specialist responsible for calculations;
support the client at every stage of the deal — from inquiry to delivery;
control calculations, timelines, commercial proposals, and payments;
collaborate with the technical department, logistics team, and the sales team;
maintain reports and work efficiently in the CRM system.
You’re the perfect match if you:
have experience working with doors, parquet, or furniture;
have an English level of B2+, and can communicate in Polish;
know how to consult, negotiate, and close deals;
easily build rapport with clients and provide a comfortable, high-level service.
The company offers:
competitive compensation:
during the probation period: 5,000–6,000 PLN
after probation: 8,500–23,000 PLN (fix + KPI)
official employment (type of contract is discussed);
schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00;
