Pricing Coordinator, Flight Cost specialist

We need Pricing Coordinator, Flight Cost specialist is a full-time on-site at Kiev.

Key Responsibilities

Following up with vendors to validate price lists and ensure timely updates on current pricing.
Ongoing update the company’s internal database to reflect adjusted rates, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Verifying the final invoices received post-flight against the internal database to ensure the data matches.
Provide accurate trip cost estimates in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Spoken and written English - Intermediate or higher
Aviation background will be considered as an advantage but not necessary
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure and organize information in a clear and logical way
Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb and process large volumes of information
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multitasking and dynamic environment
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility
