TAS Financial and Manufacturing group Managing Company is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will help our railcar enterprises with successful movement to foreign markets.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Marketing Analyst, Market Research Specialist, or Product Development Strategist;
- Experience with EU markets (demand analysis, competitors, regulatory environment) is an advantage;
- Understanding of industrial market operations, project-based B2B and B2G sales, particularly in mechanical engineering, railcar manufacturing, metallurgy, or related industries;
- Knowledge of market analytics principles: demand research, competitive landscape, industry trends;
- Ability to prepare marketing forecasts and analytical reports for strategic planning;
- Experience in developing market entry strategies and product development plans;
- Skills in building market maps, client segmentation, and defining marketing objectives;
- Designing sales channels skills, partnership approaches, and value propositions for EU markets;
- Proficiency with business analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.);
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Knowledge of investment and product analysis fundamentals (market potential assessment, ROI, project payback);
- Higher education in (International) Economics or Marketing;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Confident user of MS Office, CRM systems, analytical platforms, and EU statistical sources (Eurostat, UN Comtrade, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Research demand in EU markets for key products of TAS Group’s railcar manufacturing enterprises;
- Prepare market entry strategies for specific products;
- Create product development plans and frameworks for new products;
- Build approaches and channels for product promotion in European markets;
- Prepare weekly market reports and updates;
- Prepare marketing forecasts within the strategic planning process.
