About the Business Group

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3,500 patent families essential for 5G, we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
Your responsibilities
- Rollout/swap planning and preparation: project start-up support, definition and implementation of rollout processes and site procedures, including customer acceptance.
- Implementation plan management: creation, execution, and stakeholder alignment of rollout plans, ensuring delivery within cost, time, and quality, while meeting regional rollout commitments.
- Team coordination: management of internal and external field deployment teams, including monitoring, acceptance/rejection of supplier work, and daily subcontractor operations planning.
- Supplier & resource management: demand planning of HW and materials in line with rollout plan, and follow-up on ordering processes (Customer Service Orders, Subcontractor Purchase Orders, TI materials).
- Governance & reporting: monitoring, controlling, and providing operational visibility, managing risks, initiating change & claim processes, supporting material receipts, and ensuring adherence to Nokia deploy processes and tools (eg, NDP-c/d).
- Compliance & customer interface: serving as the main communication interface with customer's regional/technical teams, while ensuring compliance with Quality, Health & Safety standards.
Your skills and experience
- Education in Telecom, Engineering or equivalent & Experience in Telecom projects field management
- Mandatory: Minimum B2 English
- Understand mobile networks architecture and infrastructure.
- Team leading, coaching and communication skills.
- Customer focus/relationship management skills
