As a Performance & Optimisation Specialist at Nokia, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of mature wireless networks across Europe. Collaborating closely with a dynamic team of experts, your work will focus on end-to-end optimisation, including capacity, architecture, and performance analysis. You'll conduct root cause analyses and implement best practices post-launch, ensuring our networks meet evolving customer needs. Your responsibilities
- Support the optimization of wireless networks across Europe, focusing on performance and capacity improvements.
- Assist in analyzing network data and identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with a team of experts and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to understand network needs and provide insights.

Your skills and experience
- Basic understanding of mobile network technologies (4G/5G).
- Interest in network architecture and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with tools like Wireshark or similar (training provided).
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
Nice to Have:
- Internship or academic project experience related to telecommunications or IT.
