Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Our client is an international group operating across Ukraine and other jurisdictions, with a diversified business portfolio and ongoing expansion of its operations.

To support further growth and enhance financial management processes, the company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will strengthen the financial function, ensure transparency of reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Financial reporting & accounting

• · Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management and statutory reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) 
• · Oversee consolidation across multiple entities and jurisdictions 
• · Further develop and streamline accounting and reporting processes 

Financial systems & processes

• · Improve financial processes, controls, and internal procedures 
• · Participate in implementation and optimization of ERP / reporting tools 
• · Ensure consistency and quality of financial data across the group 

Planning & performance management

• · Lead budgeting and forecasting processes 
• · Monitor financial performance and key business metrics 
• · Support management with financial insights and analysis 

Cash flow & treasury

• · Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management 
• · Supervise payment processes and internal controls 
• · Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions 

Tax & compliance

• · Ensure compliance with local and international regulations 
• · Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, and consultants 
• · Support structuring decisions from a financial and tax perspective 

Candidate profile

• · 5+ years of experience as CFO / Finance Director or in a senior finance leadership role 
• · Experience working in international companies or multi-entity structures 
• · Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting standards 
• · Experience with ERP systems and finance process optimization 
• · English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (daily professional use)
