Customer Service Specialist (Freelance, Seasonal, Remote)

At Vexperio, we specialize in organizing exceptional tours for cruise ship passengers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialists to join our team.

Location: Remote
Start Date: February 1st, 2026 (latest March 1st, 2026)

Job Type:

• Part-time (100 hours in February), transitioning to full-time (160 hours per month starting in March)
• Seasonal role until September/October
• Morning/evening hours with occasional weekends (including Polish holidays)
• Paid one-month trial period

Open Positions:

1. English Specialist 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via email and phone
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Proven experience in an office or customer service environment
• Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Availability for morning hours and occasional weekends
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
