Role Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and sharp Dispatcher to join our US Logistics division. You will be responsible for managing truck movement, negotiating with brokers, and ensuring our fleet stays profitable. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the US freight market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load Booking: Find and book high-paying loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.

• Negotiation: Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize revenue for each mile.

• Driver Dispatching: Provide drivers with pickup/delivery instructions and assist them throughout the trip.

• Problem Solving: Handle issues such as breakdowns, delays, and scheduling conflicts in real-time.

• Communication: Maintain constant contact with brokers and customers regarding shipment status.

Requirements:

• Fluent English: High level of verbal and written English (B2/C1).

• Industry Experience: Minimum 6+ months of experience in US Dispatching.

• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with DOT regulations, HOS (Hours of Service), and different equipment types.

• Self-Discipline: Ability to work independently from home and stay productive during the evening shift.

• Equipment: High-speed internet connection and a high-quality headset.
