ADIT Global LLC is a U.S.-based transportation company rapidly expanding in the freight industry across the United States and Canada.
We are looking for an experienced dispatcher (minimum 1 year of experience) who is fluent in English and familiar with Cargo Van or Box Truck operations.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of dispatcher experience
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills — able to maintain balance without overcalling drivers
Understanding of U.S. freight rates and geography
Must stay online and responsive during working hours
Responsible and organized, with attention to reporting and accuracy
Responsibilities:Searching and booking loads
Communication with brokers and drivers
Monitoring route and shipment status
Reacting quickly to any changes during the trip
We Offer:15% of profit at the start
Opportunity for a higher percentage based on performance
Work in a modern CRM system that automates and simplifies daily operations
Guidance at the beginning to understand our CRM and internal communication flow
Manager support in dealing with brokers — the dispatcher focuses on coordinating shipments
Access to company drivers and the ability to increase workload for a higher
percentage
