International Lawyer

We are looking for a talented and hard-working colleague to join our team in the position of In-house legal advice on corporate matters

 Responsibilities:
• Negotiations with the foreign financial institutions (Banks and EMIs) as for the terms of cooperation and account opening
• Filling up the applications and other forms for corporate and private accounts opening
• Conducting research and analysis of the new foreign payment solutions for the businesses in the IT sphere
• Analyzing the dynamic of changes in the standards of work of the payments institutions, prospects of the banking sector development
• Filling up the compliance documentation provided by the service provides
• Preparing the legal documents and taking an active role in preparing legal memorandums in the business area of the Company
• Following up the news in International business law
• Incorporation of companies, their administration, M&A and other corporate matters
• Performing other legal tasks provided by the team leader

 Requirements:
• Master's degree in Law of the leading Ukrainian university

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian
• Good interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to work in moving-fast environment
• Excellent presentation, communication, analytical and legal writing skills
