Elevate Flooring Pro is a commercial flooring company working exclusively on projects in Illinois. We specialize in LVT, carpet tile, vinyl, hardwood, and porcelain tile installation for commercial projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial flooring projects
Review drawings and specifications, perform takeoffs
Prepare and submit commercial proposals
Track bids and internal pricing data
Requirements
Experience in commercial flooring or construction estimating
Ability to read blueprints
Strong math skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Excel and estimating tools
Availability to work evening/night hours due to 7-hour time difference with Illinois
Compensation
First 3 months: $450/month + $50 per won project
Compensation review after probation period
