Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong team management, process coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
• Ability to effectively plan, control, and evaluate task execution
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, including developers, designers, and external partners
• Understanding how to adapt work process
• English level — Upper-Intermediate
• Solid understanding of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies; certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP) would be a plus
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with metrics and reporting (e.g., velocity, burndown, project health)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control project timelines and ensure timely delivery of results
• Maintain effective communication between developers, business teams, and partners
• Manage tasks, boards, and documentation to organize workflows
• Resolve team conflicts and maintain a healthy work environment
• Support processes and assign responsibilities for tasks and project stages
• Conduct retrospectives, planning sessions, and one-on-one meetings to improve processes and team development
