Transportation Dispatcher

We’re looking for a Junior Dispatcher who has basic hands-on experience and wants to develop further with structured training, mentorship, and a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support drivers across the U.S.

• Communicate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams

• Handle and manage transportation documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations)

• Monitor the full cargo lifecycle and track deliveries

• Resolve issues in real time and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of experience in U.S. truck dispatching or transportation coordination

• Basic understanding of logistics terminology and cargo lifecycle

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure

• Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools, and logistics apps

Nice to Have:

• Experience in freight brokerage, customer support, or dispatching in the U.S. market

• Knowledge of BorderConnect, Samsara, Adobe Acrobat, Excel

• Understanding of U.S. geography and time zones
