Job Title: Full-Stack Mechanical/Industrial Engineer (Contractor)
Classification: Full-Time Contractor
Location: Ukraine, Poland, or Eastern Europe (Remote or On-Site, as per project needs)
Company Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Mechanical/Industrial Engineer specializing in mechanical, industrial, and electrical engineering to collaborate on innovative product design and development projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating scalable solutions, managing production processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Develop and refine scalable mechanical and industrial product designs tailored to client needs.
- Product Development: Manage the entire lifecycle of product development, from concept to production, including prototyping, assembly, and scaling.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance during product assembly and testing phases, ensuring compliance with all standards.
- Client Interaction: Engage in recorded interviews to present product designs, address challenges, and discuss solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on design challenges, QC processes, and outcomes.
- Rate Structuring: Provide transparent pricing models for project-based or hourly engagements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience:
- Proven track record in designing and fabricating products at scale.
- Expertise in managing quality control throughout the production process.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and other relevant design software.
- Fluency in English for seamless communication and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Linux command-line tools for project collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate in product design and process improvement.
- A robust portfolio showcasing completed projects and scaled designs.
