We are looking for a dedicated and organized Crew Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end coordination and support of seafarers for deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with seafarers and provide full support from initial contact to embarkation
• Coordinate interactions between crew members, internal departments, and other managers
• Review, prepare, and process complete documentation packages for each crew member
• Publish job openings on Telegram channels and specialized maritime communities
• Work with professional crewing platforms such as Marine Zone and UkrCrewing
• Maintain and regularly update the internal candidate database
• Monitor document validity and ensure all crew are fully prepared for departure
