Роль

Супервізор забезпечує професійний клінічний супровід психологів, які надають індивідуальні та групові психологічні послуги ветеранам та членам їхніх родин у межах проєкту.Роль супервізора передбачає підтримку якості надання послуг, професійний розвиток спеціалістів та дотримання етичних стандартів роботи у сфері психічного здоров’я.

Супервізійна підтримка є частиною компоненту розвитку технічної спроможності у сфері психічного здоров’я, що передбачає навчання фахівців та регулярну супервізію для забезпечення якості психологічної допомоги ветеранам та їхнім родинам

Обов’язки:

• Проведення регулярної професійної супервізії для психологів, які здійснюють індивідуальні психологічні консультації та групові психоосвітні/психологічні інтервенції для ветеранів та членів їхніх родин.
• Надання кейс-консультацій щодо складних випадків, пов’язаних із травматичним досвідом, посттравматичним стресом, сімейною динамікою та вторинною травматизацією.
• Супровід психологів у роботі з груповими програмами з підвищення сімейної резильєнтності та профілактики вторинної травматизації.
• Підтримка якості проведення індивідуальних психологічних консультацій для ветеранів та членів їхніх сімей.
• Допомога спеціалістам у питаннях професійних меж, самодопомоги та профілактики професійного вигорання.
• Контроль дотримання етичних стандартів, конфіденційності та принципів безпечної роботи з бенефіціарами.
• Надання рекомендацій щодо покращення психологічних інтервенцій та програм підтримки.
• За потреби — короткі супервізійні нотатки або рекомендації для команди проєкту.

Кваліфікаційні вимоги:

• Вища освіта у сфері психології, клінічної психології, психотерапії. Бажано наявність додаткової спеціалізації у психотерапевтичному підході.

• Підготовка у визнаних психотерапевтичних підходах (наприклад: КПТ, травмофокусована терапія, системна сімейна терапія, EMDR або інші доказові методи роботи з травмою).

• Додаткова підготовка або сертифікація з професійної супервізії буде значною перевагою.

• Практичний досвід роботи психологом / психотерапевтом не менше 5 років, включно з досвідом роботи з дорослими клієнтами.

• Досвід роботи з темами психологічної травми, ПТСР, бойового досвіду, втрати, адаптації після війни.

• Бажаний досвід роботи з ветеранами, військовими або членами їхніх родин.

• Досвід проведення групової та індивідуальної супервізії, кейс-консультацій або менторства для психологів чи соціальних працівників.

• Розуміння принципів trauma-informed care, етичних стандартів психологічної допомоги.

• Високі комунікаційні навички, здатність створювати безпечний професійний простір для рефлексії та професійного розвитку спеціалістів.

• Вільне володіння українською мовою.

• Відповідальність, професійна етика, здатність працювати з конфіденційною інформацією та підтримувати якість психологічних послуг у межах проєкту.

THE ROLE:

Supervisory support is a component of the technical capacity development in the field of mental health, which includes specialist training and regular supervision to ensure the quality of psychological assistance provided to veterans and their families.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular professional supervision for psychologists providing individual psychological consultations and group psycho-educational/psychological interventions for veterans and their family members.
• Providing case consultations for complex cases involving traumatic experiences, post-traumatic stress, family dynamics, and secondary traumatization.
• Supporting psychologists in implementing group programs focused on enhancing family resilience and preventing secondary traumatization.
• Ensuring the quality of individual psychological consultations for veterans and their family members.
• Assisting specialists with issues regarding professional boundaries, self-care, and the prevention of professional burnout.
• Monitoring compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality, and principles of safe practice with beneficiaries.
• Providing recommendations to improve psychological interventions and support programs.
• Providing brief supervision notes or recommendations for the project team as needed.

Qualifications & Expectations: 
 

• Higher education in psychology, clinical psychology, or psychotherapy. Additional specialization in a specific psychotherapeutic approach is preferred.
• Training in recognized psychotherapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, EMDR, or other evidence-based methods for working with trauma).
• Additional training or certification in professional supervision will be a significant advantage.
• Practical experience as a psychologist/psychotherapist for at least 5 years, including experience working with adult clients.
• Experience working with themes of psychological trauma, PTSD, combat experience, loss, and post-war adaptation.
• Preferred experience working with veterans, military personnel, or their family members.
• Experience in conducting group and individual supervision, case consultations, or mentoring for psychologists or social workers.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles and ethical standards of psychological assistance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create a safe professional space for reflection and the professional development of specialists.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Responsibility, professional ethics, the ability to work with confidential information, and the commitment to maintaining the quality of psychological services within the project.
