Financial Manager PSP

 Role Overview

As a Finance Manager PSP at TrueLabel, you will take ownership of financial operations and reporting related to Payment Service Providers (PSPs). Working with large financial datasets, cash flows, and provider reports, you will ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support process automation and optimization. You will collaborate closely with PSPs and internal teams, contributing to transparent financial operations and scalable payment processes.

 Your Tasks:

• Prepare and submit monthly PSP reporting, including cash flow offloading, transformation, and preparation of raw data for analysis;
• Analyze PSP operations, identify errors or discrepancies in data, and propose effective solutions;
• Maintain active communication with payment service providers regarding reports, discrepancies, and operational questions (English is required);
• Reconcile contractual terms and conditions of payment providers with actual transactional and financial data;
• Develop, maintain, and administer a knowledge base related to PSPs, reporting logic, and financial specifics;
• Work with large datasets and participate in automation of data processing and reporting workflows;
• Collaborate with finance, payments, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

 Our Criteria:

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large volumes of financial data (cash flows, PSPs, banks, or similar financial structures);
• Experience communicating with international partners and providers in English;
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, complex formulas, tables, and automation-oriented data processing;
• Ability to create reusable templates for transforming and adapting raw source data;
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and self-organization;
• Intermediate or higher English (written and spoken);
• 1+ year of experience working with PSPs or a solid understanding of how payment service providers operate is a strong advantage.
