Role Overview:
As a Graphic Design Lead / Art Director, you'll spearhead creative development across a wide range of projects, from brand identity and campaign design to visual systems that extend across print, digital, and motion. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, shaping creative solutions that push brands forward while maintaining clarity, consistency, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead brand identity projects, from concept to execution.
• Develop scalable visual systems across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Design logos, typography, and graphic elements that reflect strategic intent.
• Collaborate with motion, video, and content teams to ensure cohesive outcomes.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers when needed.
• Stay on top of design trends to inspire fresh, forward-thinking solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand and identity design.
• Portfolio showcasing strong brand design work and identity systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD).
• Experience with Figma and/or digital product design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and brand strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written).
