We are looking for a marketer with hands-on experience , ready to join our team and help us grow in international markets. If you have experience in managing marketing campaigns, optimizing conversions, or in any of the following areas (CRO, PPC, SMM, Email Marketing), we'd love to connect with you.
Key Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in English-speaking markets with B2C products.
- Deep knowledge and proven success in at least one of the following areas:
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click advertising)
- Affiliate Marketing
- SMM (Social Media Marketing)
- Email Marketing
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar.
- Experience in data interpretation and hypothesis generation.
- English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in traffic generation and subsequent conversion.
- Experience in creating landing pages, websites, and internal pages for clients. Basic knowledge of Figma.
- Experience in building and testing funnels to attract new customers.
- Familiarity with the Edtech industry and general trends in the Education sector.

Responsibilities:
Depending on your experience and skills, your role may include the following tasks:
- Optimizing website conversions.
- Creating and testing sales funnels for various traffic sources (TikTok, mobile PPC).
- Lead nurturing via email marketing.
- Assisting in launching or independently launching ads on platforms targeting specific audiences.
- Preparing creatives, scripts, and ideas for influencer collaboration funnels.
- Creating and launching new products.
- Preparing reports for stakeholders based on campaign results.
