Вимоги

- 0.5+ years of sales experience in IT services;

- 0.5+ years of experience working with Upwork;

- Basic understanding the specifics of web/mobile software development;

- Excellent presentation, communication skills;

- Strong written English (at least B2);

- Experience working with CRM;

- Ability to be creative in identifying and reaching potential clients;

Обов'язки:

- Lead generation through Upwork;

- Lead qualification and engagement;

- Identify the perfect balance between customers’ needs and company expertise;

- Manage data for customers within CRM, ensuring all communication is logged, information is accurate and documents are attached;

- Communicate with clients and move them through sales funnel;

- Successfully negotiate and bring new cool projects to the company.
