About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who will become the operational engine of marketing and the right hand of the CMO.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, execution, and variety — from websites and content to PPC tracking and sales materials.
What you’ll doWebsites, SEO & CRO
Administer sempico.solutions and gatum.io via CMS (page creation, content updates, publishing)
Support multilingual content: publish translations and ensure consistency
Handle on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2, internal links, alt texts
Implement technical SEO changes (speed, redirects, tags) according to requirements
Set up and maintain goals/events in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Assist with A/B testing (page variations, data collection)
Content & SMM (LinkedIn focus)
Participate in content planning for the blog and LinkedIn
Write and edit blog articles (how-to, reviews, SEO-based content)
Collect information and prepare customer cases (structure, numbers, quotes)
Maintain media kit, brand guide, and presentations
Prepare and publish posts on the company LinkedIn page
Basic moderation of comments and performance tracking (views, CTR)
Prepare briefs for designers (articles, social media, PPC creatives)
PPC & tracking
Operational management of Google Ads (campaign structure, budgets, bids, search terms, negatives)
Launch and basic optimization of LinkedIn Ads
Maintain UTM tagging standards for all paid campaigns
Prepare short PPC reports (spend, clicks, conversions, CPL)
Email marketing & automation (if needed)
Build and launch email campaigns (product updates, onboarding, promos)
Maintain contact databases (import, segmentation, cleanup)
Support automated flows (welcome, post-demo, product updates)
Prepare basic performance reports (open rate, CTR, unsubscribes)
Product marketing & sales materials
Update Gatum feature descriptions on the website and in marketing materials
Support feature releases: landing pages, blog/news texts, email content
Create and update sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and presentations
Partnerships, conferences & contractors
Operational support for conferences and events (booking, deadlines, materials, merch)
Prepare event materials together with designers and contractors
Assist with post-event follow-ups (lead collection, CRM, emails)
Support co-marketing with partners
Communicate with external contractors (design, PPC, SEO, copywriting, video)
RequirementsMust-have
1+ year of experience in digital / product / performance marketing or marketing assistant role
Hands-on experience with:
Google Analytics (UA or GA4) & Google Tag Manager
Google Ads (search campaigns, basic optimization)
LinkedIn (company page; LinkedIn Ads is a plus)
CMS (WordPress or similar)
Basic HTML understanding (editing text/blocks/links safely)
Confident use of PowerPoint or Google Slides
Experience writing content: blog articles, LinkedIn posts, draft email copies
Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, filters, summaries)
English B1+ (interfaces, documentation, content creation)
Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to meet deadlines
Nice-to-have
Experience in B2B SaaS / telecom / CPaaS / IT products
Participation in conference or event organization
Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, basic link building)
