About the role:
As a Culture & People Business Partner at STADA, you will play a critical role in driving С&P strategies and supporting operational excellence at our pharmaceutical site in Bila Tserkva. Collaborating closely with the site's leadership team, you will ensure talent management, organizational development, and compliance align with business goals while fostering a positive and growth-oriented culture.
Location: Bila Tserkva, Ukraine | Full-Time
Duration: This is a fixed-term contract valid until December 31, 2026
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Collaborate closely with the Director and Leadership Team to support production goals through effective С&P strategies and organizational changes.
- Lead and manage the С&P department team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
- Drive transformation processes and implement structural changes to enhance organizational performance.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention processes to secure top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and foster positive employee relations.
- Manage performance evaluation, talent development, recognition programs, motivation, training, and compensation procedures.
- Participate in workforce budget planning and regularly analyze personnel costs.
- Facilitate internal communication and promote a growth-oriented company culture.
- Supervise С&P administration and ensure full compliance with labor legislation.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proven organizational abilities with experience managing complex projects and tasks.
- Effective leadership qualities to guide and inspire teams.
- English language proficiency at least at the Upper-Intermediate level.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork skills.
