Flutter Developer (Remote — Middle)
This isn’t a “just code the ticket” role.
This is about ownership, precision, and engineering maturity.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, delivers with confidence, and writes code that lasts.
Engineering & Delivery
Build clean, maintainable, and efficient Flutter (Dart) code for iOS and Android
Refactor and optimize existing Flutter codebases for scalability and performance
Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, and local storage (Hive, SQLite, SharedPreferences)
Design modular architecture (MVC / MVVM / Clean Architecture)
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized build environments
Write unit, widget, and integration tests as part of the delivery process
Collaboration & Process
Work closely with backend, design, and QA teams in a distributed environment
Participate in technical planning, estimation, and architecture discussions
Communicate blockers early and offer solutions before escalation
Take full ownership of delivery quality and deadlines
Have 2+ years of commercial Flutter experience (2–4 shipped projects)
Understand state management (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider)
Confidently work with REST APIs, sockets, and local persistence
Are comfortable with CI/CD, Docker, and Git workflows
Communicate clearly in English (Intermediate+)
Think in systems and care about clean, scalable code
STEM or Computer Science background
Experience with animations, performance optimization, or Firebase
Familiarity with AI or ML integrations
Knowledge of release processes (App Store / Play Store)
Hands-on with modular monorepos and scalable design systems

Compensation: $1500–2300 / month, depending on experience and delivery quality
If based in Ukraine, stable electricity setup is required (generator / UPS/power station)
