We’re a remote-first European team, with a strong presence in Ukraine and clients mainly in the DACH region. To ensure smooth collaboration, candidates should be based within CET ±2 time zones.
The Opportunity

We’re looking for an International Recruiter who thrives in a cross-cultural, fast-moving environment and enjoys the art of connecting people across borders. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, build lasting relationships, and shape every candidate experience around our values of transparency, precision, and empathy.
Your Impact:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients in Switzerland and Germany.
- Advise clients on market trends and hiring strategies.
- Identify and engage top talent across Europe using active sourcing and outreach.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess professional and cultural fit.
- Maintain pipelines and workflows using Skillreveal AI and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with our automation team to improve sourcing and candidate experience.
You Bring:
- 1+ years in international or technical recruitment (TGA/IT preferred).
- Excellent English; German or another EU language is a plus.
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple roles.
- Experience with AI/ATS/CRM and interest in AI-driven recruiting.
