We are looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator located in Warsaw, Poland, to join our team to develop and maintain our current office. Hybrid job (remote + on-site).
Payroll and HR Administrator- an ideal opportunity to gain versatile experience in HR administration, payroll, and office operations while contributing in a dynamic, TravelTech environment.
You Have
- 1–3 years of experience in personnel accounting and payroll calculation
- Solid understanding of Polish labor laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
- Spoken English and Polish- В1+ and higher
Would be a plus
- Mother tongue in Polish or professional level
- Certification in Labor Admin / Payroll
You Are Going To
- Collaborate with the HR Administration and external payroll provider to ensure accuracy across all HR, administrative, and payroll processes
- Assist with medical checks, BHP (occupational health and safety) inductions, and work permit procedures for non-residents
- Support the preparation of formal hiring documentation in accordance with established templates.
- Prepare formal business travel documentation
- Assist in payroll closing activities, including maintaining the KUP register, verifying attendance records, and distributing payslips
- Perform general office management duties on a minor scale
- Maintain and update all personnel files in an accurate and confidential manner.
