Business Unit Head — CNS (Psychiatry)

Role
Lead a specialty unit for original, well-known CNS brands promoted primarily to psychiatrists. Own strategy, budget, and results. Build and manage the team.

 Team
Lead Medical Representatives, Key Account Managers, and a Marketing Manager; coordinate activities with Medical Affairs.

 What you will do

• Set strategy and annual plan; own budget, forecasts, and delivery.
• Recruit, coach, and performance-manage field and marketing roles.
• Prioritize indications and patient segments; focus on key psychiatric centers.
• Plan and run medical education with Medical Affairs; support speaker events.
• Drive campaigns and materials with the Product/Marketing Manager.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report clear progress.

 Your profile

• 7–10+ years in pharma, including 3+ years leading a BU/franchise or large field team.
• Strong CNS/psychiatry experience and ties to leading clinics.
• Proven record growing original brands.
• Clear communicator; strong people leadership and cross-functional drive.
• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field; Ukrainian and professional English.
