Responsibilities:

• Managing a testing team of 10-15 testers, ensuring daily planning of the team's work, hiring team members, and training.

• Preparation of various types of documentation for the project: release report, test methodologies, field test reports, acceptance tests, etc.

• Formation of the budget, instrument fleet, and test farm of the testing department.

• Interaction with development teams, chief designer and customers to pass tests of experimental and serial samples.

• Implementation of the ISO 9001 standard in the testing department.Base hardware equipment: R&S, Agilent
